2010 Genes and Resources Generated

Here is the list of 57 genes that were selected for the Arabidopsis 2010 Project. The genes included 8 members of the CPA1 subfamily, 34 genes of the CPA2 family, 2 members of the NhaD, 12 members of the CaCA family and a single CCC gene. Homozygous (Hm) T-DNA insertional mutants and full-length cDNA clones in yeast expression or Gateway entry vectors have been submitted to the Arabidopsis Biological Resource Center (ABRC) at Ohio State University. Links to ABRC are provided in the table below to facilitate ordering the materials developed in this project. Blanks indicate the mutant or cDNA was not obtained.
