Summary of Second Set of Microarray Data Displayed on AMPL

Microarray data were obtained from the NASCArrays website. All data were produced using the Affymetrix ATH1 Arabidopsis Genome Array. Only experiments using Columbia ecotype were selected. The y-axis of the bar graphs represents the "Signal" from Affymetrix chip. All data were normalized using the same method according to the NASC website "The top 2% and bottom 2% of signal intensities are excluded, then the mean is calculated. The original signal values are scaled such that the mean is made equal to 100." Warning statements are included on the bar graphs for genes with very close homologs in Arabidopsis such that probes are not gene specific. Sd20: Experiment of Dr Nicky Evans. Control for Sd30 and Sd40 Col-0 seedlings treated for 1 hr at 20C. RNA from whole seedlings. Data from 1 hybridization.
