Summary of Third Set of Microarray Data Displayed on AMPL
Microarray data were produced in the AtGenExpress project of the Schmid, Lohmann and Weigel labs and the data were obtained from the TAIR website. All data were produced using the Affymetrix ATH1 Arabidopsis Genome Array. Only experiments using Columbia ecotype were selected. The y-axis of the bar graphs represents the "Signal" from Affymetrix chip. All data were normalized so that they can be compared to the NASC data. All data are presented as means of three hybridizations. Warning statements are included on the bar graphs for genes with very close homologs in Arabidopsis such that probes are not gene specific. The data follow a developmental series from left to right with samples from seedling on the left through developing seeds on the right.
